Disc-Type Pelletizer Introduction:
The disc-type pelletizer is the main equipment for pelletizing powdery materials. It has the advantages of high pelletization rate, high pellet strength, stable operation, convenient control, and long service life. It can be widely used in chemical, cement, steel, pharmaceutical, Building materials and other industries.
Disc Pelletizers is a main equipment which converts powdered materials into uniform, round pellets, widely applied in ceramic sand, iron and steel and chemical industry. The applied material includes chemical powders, limestone, gypsum,cement/lime dust, flyash, minerals and ores etc.
Disc-Type Pelletizer Strucure:
The disc-type ball-making machine produced by our company is composed of a disc body, a transmission device, an adjustable frame, and a scraper device. Contains the following structural features:
1. The bottom of the disc body is reinforced with multiple radiation steel plates, which have high strength and rigidity;
2. The transmission gear adopts high-frequency quenching treatment and has a long service life;
3. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belts, with stable start, low impact force, and overload protection;
4. The transmission system adds a bridge device to reduce the direct impact of the gear and the reducer, while improving the stability of the equipment operation and the service life of the main parts;
5. The unique combined scraper device (disc scraper and vertical scraper) is adopted to reduce auxiliary power consumption.
Disc Granulator Advantages:
1. Disc granulator composed by disc bottom and section, the section can adjust up and down along disc body, the pellet can't be strain guarantee by flange at the end of disc section.
2. The scraper device composed by unpowered scraper and powered scraper, which supporting the use of optimized disc when cleaning the bottom and side, then the pelletizing result is very well and qualified pellets can be reached over 90%.
3. Reducer and motor adopts flexible belt transmission, which maintains stable start, long service life, and never deformation.
